| DEPOSIT/PAYMENT:
In order to hold your choice of puppy I require a deposit of $200. If the deposit is not recieved within 7 days the pup will not be held. The deposit of $200 is non-refundable by this I mean that if you decide you don't want the pup then you will not get your deposit back. If the pup were to die however, I will either refund your deposit or you can transfer the deposit to another pup that is not spoken for or to a pup from a future litter. For the deposit I accept Paypal (as a gift), checks, money orders or cash. For the balance of the pup I prefer cash or money order. Make checks/money orders payable to Kelly Dirksen. If paying with a personal check I will not ship until the check clears which is usually 7 to 10 working days. GUARANTEE: All puppies will be vet checked, current on shots & de-worming before going to new homes. Tails docked (if needed) & dewclaws removed. They come with their AKC & ASCA registration applications, extended pedigree, health records, Purina Puppy Chow puppy packet & a 2 year health guarantee on hips & eyes. Pet/ companion puppies are sold with limited registration, which means no breeding rights. Breeding/show prospects are sold with full rights on contract. Email me for copy of contract. SHIPPING: I do ship weather permitting. I ship through Delta Airlines out of the Cinncinati, OH airport (CVG). There are restrictions for shipping a live animal. *Animals must be at least 8 weeks of age. *Shipping kennel or cage must meet standards for size, ventilation, strength and design. Animals must have enough room to stand up and turn around. Kennels must be equipped with one food and water cup. Kennels must be marked with shipper's name, address and phone number and pick-up person's name, address and phone number (if different from shipper), Live Animal Stickers should be applied to the kennel and the last time fed and watered indicated. Place newspaper or absorbent material on the bottom of the crate. *Animal may not be exposed to temperatures of less than 45 degrees Fahrenheit unless there is an acclimation statement by a Veterinarian. Or tempatures above 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Please understand that during the summer months when the tempatures are high sometimes I have to reschedule shipping the puppy due to the tempatures. I use www.weather.com to keep up to date on the tempatures and this is what the airline goes by too. *Health Certificate must be issued by a licensed Veterinarian and be no more than 10 days old. I charge $350 to ship a puppy. This price includes the airfare for shipping the puppy, airline approved crate, vet check/health papers & any other cost. I do require the balance of the puppy & shipping cost before I will ship the pup. If paying with a personal check I will not ship until the check clears which is usually 7 to 10 working days. |
